Join us for our 2nd Annual Fermentation Festival al at the historic Highland Springs Ranch & Inn. Mark McAfee, our founder of ORGANIC PASTURES, will be speaking both Saturday at 1:30 PM and Sunday 11AM!
The festival will feature different types of fermented foods made by our kitchen (i.e. sourdough bread and fermented butter, etc.), meat from our own organic farm (lamb kebabs), as well as local breweries (mead, cider, beer). A Kombucha Bar will offer tasty cocktails and shurbs which will tantalize your tastebuds.
Various hand-on workshops and lectures will also be available. Please check our schedule online.

The Organic Galleries, a row of themed farm boutiques housed in historic cottages, will be fully open for visitors to browse. The shops feature one aspect of our farm (i.e. Lavender Shop, Honey Store, Tea Shop, etc.) and also includes a cafe, lemonade stand and ice cream store. It's a unique and pleasant experience.
