It is cultured for 36-48 hours at 75 F to achieve a pH of approximately 3.8. Our raw skim kefir is deliciously smooth and very drinkable! Raw Kefir contains special prebiotics, which feeds and protects gut bacteria. In addition, our raw kefir is alive with fully active enzymes, containing a biodiversity of probiotic bacteria a broad spectrum of naturally occurring beneficial bacteria, essential amino acids, OMEGA-3 fatty acids, metabolically available vitamins, immunoglobulins, minerals, antioxidants, and CLA. USER REQUIREMENTS AND SHELF LIFE:
Raw kefir should be kept at a constant temperature of 34-36 F to maintain its delicious and fresh taste. If the temperature is maintained, then the product should last the full 30-day date code. Unlike most raw milk products, our raw kefir simply becomes more tart over time (even after its expiration date, it will still taste delicious and tart).
