We are thrilled to say that we have sold 98% of our total tickets! This will be our best event, ever (hands down). We will not have our next CWTC until 2021, so if you still wanted to grab tickets please do so BEFORE we end ticket sales.

Proudly Partnering with Lanna Coffee

Did you hear? Our EPIC Pour Over Coffee Station just got percolating with excitement!

Did you hear? Our EPIC Pour Over Coffee Station just got percolating with excitement!

In 2019, Lanna Coffee Co. will fund a clean water system that will provide over 7 million gallons of clean water that will be accessed by villagers over the next 20 years. Lanna Coffee Co works directly with our partners in Northern Thailand to help identify and build the water system alongside of the villagers. Providing clean water leads to healthier lives for each family member and increased opportunity for the hill tribe peoples living in these areas.

Coffee pours will be sold on Saturday for $2 per pour (cash and card accepted). Each pour will be measured for a 12 oz cup. If you know that you will want to have several cups of coffee, then please be sure to request more than one (1) pour. For example, our team likes 2-3 cups of coffee in the morning ($2 x 3 = $6). Be sure to stop by our team booth (merchandise and product will also be available at this location on Saturday) to purchase your morning cup of joe!

Got CWTC Questions?

(Submit Your Question Below)

FAQ ANSWERED:

  1. Merchandise: Grab your merchandise before the event… Please be sure to pre-order your event merchandise because we will have limited stock at the camping event. If you are planning on purchasing your family or friends a hoodie, sweater (new design now available), t-shirt, or hat then please be sure to order now online! We will be shipping all orders within a few days of event, so you can come in your fun branded attire!

  2. VIP Taste Test: Be the first o taste our two (2) new Raw Cheddar Flavors (coming this Fall/Winter to stores nationwide)

  3. Do you need a physical ticket mailed to you? No, this year we went 100% digital. There will be a digital camper list (according to the name and qty of tickets purchased). If you would like to purchase more tickets for your group, great!

  4. What do you bring? Please watch our LIVE video for more event details.

  5. What is for dinner? We are going to indulge in an authentic Mexican dish with tacos (pork, carne, or chicken) with a side of rice, beans, grilled veggies, and salsa! Yum, yum! If you would like to do your dinner (not a problem), we have a no-dinner ticket option.

  6. Do you bring breakfast and snack? Yes. The only meal provided is the dinner (if you buy a dinner ticket). We will have an EPIC-long coffee pour-over station for morning coffee.

  7. Who do we ask questions? Here is the best point of contact: Kaleigh Lutz at kaleigh.l@organicpastures.com.

  8. If we come late, what happens? Well, we strongly advise coming on time between 11am-2pm to set up camp and enjoy all event activities. In the case that you know you are arriving late, please email kaleigh.l@organicpastures.com so she can arrange for late check-in. For any late campers that are simply joining an established campsite, then you can use our rollover late parking lot area that is a few feet away (but away from the event activities).

  9. If you want to buy more tickets can you? Yes, you can always add to your group, but tickets have been non-refundable since July. Please spread the word and get whomever you know is wanting to come to grab their tickets. We will be cutting off ticket sales before the event so we can give a final headcount to the caterer.

  10. Do we need to bring a water bottle or are cups provided? Bring your reusable bottle. We are trying to reduce waste and cups used (especially).

  11. Are there bathrooms? Showers? Ice? Yes, we will have bathrooms provided. No, there will not be showers or ice available.

  12. What do you wear? We suggest pants and sneakers with a hat during the day to protect for sun and a hoodie for night time to cuddle around the camp bonfires.

  13. Do we need to bring a chair? Yes, please bring a campfire chair. We do have plenty of lounge seating setups with hay bales for fun during the actives.

  14. What if you need help and need assistance putting up a tent or have a question? Not a problem! Everyone is very friendly and can help you your can ask one of our family members to give you a hand! You will not have an issue getting help for anything!

  15. Is it quiet enough to a child to nap? Oh, definitely! We separate the noise into two groups. The louder group stays on the side with the event tents and the quieter side is on the other side (north end). We do this in the case that you want to nap or hear the wildlife.

  16. What about electricity? We have power stations ready for anyone that needs a quick charge or blow up their mattress. We ask that you bring your own plugs and take them with you when you are done.

  17. Yoga? What if you have never tried yoga, should you still rise and shine for the farm yoga group activity? Our farm yoga Sunday activity is really chill and relaxed. It is more of a morning stretch and light yoga mix than your traditional yoga class. All ages end up loving it, so come and do one of the most unique yoga experiences (ever). Nothing like overlooking cows grazing and doing yoga to build memories!

  18. Do you have to have an RV? Can you do a tent? You can absolutely come with any campsite set up. RV's of all sizes are certainly welcome. We have seen it all. Vans, tents, mega and mini RVs, and event a fancy outdoor hammock set up. Bring snacks, beverages, breakfast, lunch, and your own camping shade or arrangement.

  19. Coming alone or as a small group? Great! We have several coming solo and just didn’t want to miss this event! You will certainly make friends! This is a very social event. We have seen many strangers build long-term friendships at CWTC!

  20. Will you get to meet the family? Yes! Our event is 100% family-run. We will be walking around and hosting, so you can definitely chat with any of our family members when you see you walking around. After the event winds down and the bonfires get roaring, feel free to grab a chair at our main campfire and socialize.
