About Our Raw Cheese Difference
Our Raw Cheddar has aged a minimum of 60 days and is truly a traditional artisan raw cheddar. Made with 100% organic Whole Raw Milk from cows that grass-graze daily, each block is packed with:
naturally occurring CLA and Omega-3 fatty acids.
