THE RAW MILK CHALLENGE:
Drink 1 quart (32 oz) Organic Pastures Whole Raw Milk for breakfast (the only thing you will have for breakfast) over 7 days period.
When you should try this challenge:
Stool is clumpy, hard, dry, crumbly, etc. (otherwise, not the goal)
Bowels are not consistent (symptoms of constipation)
Bowels are feeling uncomfortable
Gut health is feeling "off"

What You May Experience With This Challenge:
Your bowels should start "moving" and you will notice that within 1-2 days you will have nice, regular bowel movements. You will not get runny or loose stool. “Moving” means your bowels will feel regular, comfortable, and not needing to force your bathroom route (you get the point:).
Will feel more hydrated (still consume regular amounts of water throughout the day)
Your appetite will feel healthy and satisfied (this will not make you feel hungry or deprived)
Your skin, hair, nails, and energy levels may improve in overall health and condition
