In this video, we show you how to make delicious Farm-Style, Buttery Biscuits with three (3) quick, easy, and tasty raw butter spreads...

Farm style (with raw butter + milk)

Bake at 425 degrees F. for 12 minutes.

Makes about 24 biscuits.

“Dry ingredients”:

2 cups flour

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. sugar

1 tbs. baking powder

“Wet ingredients”:

2 cold sticks, cubed raw butter

1 cup cold, whole raw milk

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. Using a kitchen mixer, mix all "dry ingredients" together. Add all "wet ingredients" into the same kitchen mixer on medium speed. Mix for about 10 seconds to thoroughly mix dry and wet ingredients. On your kitchen counter, put 2-4 tbs. of flour onto the counter to help prevent your dough from sticking. Place dough directly onto your counter (with flour). With your hands, shape dough to get about a 1-inch thickness (try to be quick because you want to keep the raw butter cold). Cut dough with a knife into evenly sized pieces. Place pieces onto your baking pan and bake. Note: to make “regular biscuits”, use only 1 stick of raw butter.
