The FDA has prohibited OPDC from posting consumer testimonials about the many positive healing experiences that our raw unprocessed whole food products have provided to our consumers. The FDA by statute considers this to be “Commercial Speech,” and says it “mislabels and misbrands” the products as new unapproved drugs. According to the FDA only drugs that are approved by the FDA can be used to cure prevent or mitigate any disease or illness.
