USER REQUIREMENTS AND SHELF LIFE:
OP Raw milk should be kept at a constant temperature of 34-36 F to maintain its delicious and fresh taste. If the temperature is maintained, then the product should last the full 16-day date code. Natural, premature souring or clabbering occurs when raw milk is left at room temperature. To properly clabber or sour raw products, please follow this suggested recipe.
