Swiss Study Ties Farm Milk Consumption to Reduced Risks of Asthma and Allergy

Fri May 18, 6:33 PM ET NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - Consumption of farm milk appears to reduce the risk of asthma and allergy, according to findings from a European study.

Race Across America Powered by RAW milk!
OPDC is a proud sponsor of Dr. Caterina Berge PhD DVM. Berge is an Ultra Cyclist who has competed in many extreme cycling races and challenges in the western USA. In 2005, she became the first female to complete the Race Across America (the RAAM) since 2001. This took 11 days and was raced 21 hours per day from San Diego to the east coast. Wearing her OPDC bike shirt that reads "Dr CAT powered by Raw Milk," she drinks raw milk and raw Super Choco raw colostrum as she powers herself to the outermost extremes of physical stress.

Dr. Cat says Organic Pastures Raw products have everything she needs to race fast and avoid "bonking." (a.k.a. "hitting the wall").

A graduate of University Davis PhD program and a practicing veterinarian, Dr. Berge performed pioneering research at OPDC and discovered that OPDC cows did not have common Salmonella human pathogens in their manure.
