Until now there has been a missing Government consensus on the nature and value of Raw Milk. A working group consisting of a broad consortium of Government, University researchers, doctors, raw milk consumers, raw milk producers and others working have published the results of their three year efforts. Dramatic findings about raw milk published by University scientists and doctors confirm that Fresh Raw Milk is completely different from Pasteurized Milk in almost all measures.
