Shipping out of State Federal law mandates that raw milk in final package form intended for human consumption cannot be transported across state lines. To do so would constitute a violation of federal law CFR 1240.61. Fresh, raw milk products shipped out of state are designated "for pet consumption only." Non-California customers have the option of ordering Superlite Colostrum. Superlite Colostrum is not considered a raw dairy product. It is classified as a “non-dairy dietary supplement" because it contains small amounts of colostrum. |
