The FDA is the Enemy of Health!

The Food Freedom “Civil Rights” Battle Lines are Drawn…we now know who the enemy is and what they believe!

Finally the FDA has made its positions known in its “Motion to Dismiss” documents that it filed with a Federal court recently. The Farm to Consumer Legal Defense Fund filed a law suit against the FDA several months ago on behalf of Raw Milk consumers in an effort to overturn the interstate ban on raw Milk movement under CFR 1240.61.

The FDA responded with a 30 page attack that reads like a fascist defense and control manual. The FDA arguments include (and there is so much more):

There is No Right to Consume or Feed Children Any Particular Food…25

b. There is No Generalized Right to Bodily and Physical Health…26
c. There is No Fundamental Right to Freedom of Contract…27

5. FDA’s Regulations Rationally Advance The Agency’s Public Health Mission

To fully appreciate the FDA and their policies you must read the document. It is truly sad to read as an American that has been brought up to believe in freedom and justice, to now see how those promises have been usurped by greed and corporate cronyism at the highest levels. The FDA has just defined themselves as an enemy of freedom, an enemy of health, an enemy of whole unprocessed food, an enemy of nutrition and an enemy of prevention.

The FDA is responsible for hundreds of thousands of deaths every year that are directly caused by the effects of the “safe drugs” they push onto Americans through the medical institutions in America. The FDA through regulations will not allow medical claims to be used to educate consumers about food choices that prevent disease. The FDA has one sole remedy. See your doctor and take a prescription medication. Now we have rampant: obesity, Crohns, IBS, Autism, GERD, Diabetes, cancers, asthma, immune depression and ear infections in children. All of these things never seen before in the history of mankind. All of these things getting critically worse while under FDA control just in the last 50 years.

OPDC filed a Citizens Petition with the FDA in December 2008. This petition argued for an amendment to CFR 1240.61. By law the FDA is required to respond within 180 days. It has been 485 days and no answer. The FDA believes it is far above the law and or the constitution of the United States of America. It is time that the FDA is stripped of all jurisdiction and or control over our food. They should be nowhere near our food supply. They have toxically contaminated it…in so many ways.

The FDA is the enemy…do not forget it. They are a direct threat to your personal safety and health. They say it so very perfectly in their own documents. There is no more guessing about the facts or who is hurting us all.
